(Laurel, MD) – On June 20, 2024, ERT, Inc. was named one of The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area for 2024. This is ERT’s second consecutive year making the list of the top 100 companies in the region.
This award is based solely on employee satisfaction survey feedback compiled by employee engagement research firm Energage, LLC, with questions focused on areas such as employee development, leadership, diversity, innovation, and meaningfulness. Over 400 local companies were surveyed and the top 250 in the region were ranked in their size category based on employee responses.
